Here's what on-demand printing means.
Returns or Exchanges
Because each shirt is printed to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please check sizing very carefully before ordering, as these shirts run small. If you prefer to wait for our regular shirts (which we can exchange), please enter your email here.
Our on-demand printer will print orders as they're placed and ship directly to the customer. On average it takes 2-3 business days to print an order, but it may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is printed and ships. Shipping times (after printing) are typically 3-5 business days in the US.
Shirt Doesn't Fit
Please pay close attention to the sizing info on each product page before placing your order.
Unisex shirt that doesn't fit
We generally can accept exchanges for another size on unisex shirts, provided it is in stock. Please email us (email@example.com) to inquire about an exchange for another size on unisex shirts. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges on all and exchanges.

Sweatshirt doesn't fit
We print each sweatshirt to order. Because these products are created specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items.
Product Never Arrived
We can help with this. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number (from your confirmation email), email address used to place the order and your shipping address. All inquiries must be received within 20 days of the order date.
Product Was Damaged
If your product comes damaged, please email us your order number, the email address you used to place the order and pictures that show the damaged goods. We'll gladly replace any damaged goods. All inquiries must be received within 20 days of the order date.
I Got The Wrong Product
If you receive the wrong product or wrong size, please email us your order number, the email address you used to place the order and pictures that show the product and/or size tag on the product (the best you can). We'll send you the right product ASAP. All inquiries must be received within 20 days of the order date.
Changed My Mind
Most items are custom printed to order, so we cannot accept returns once items are printed.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Any Other Issues
Email us and we'll do our best to help you out.
Please contact us via email (email@example.com) before returning items. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Our return shipping address for t-shirts is provided in each order.
